Franchise Exit Grades

Enclaim is designed for long-term participation, but contributors may discontinue for personal, financial, business, family, or medical reasons. A structured Franchise Replacement System protects platform continuity, franchise capacity, and fair, orderly exit processing.

Note on Exit Grades: Grade 1 contributors (longest commitment) receive up to 60% of contribution value on exit due to the longer-term ecosystem participation structure. Grade 2 and Grade 3 contributors are both eligible for above 60% return — the key difference is the processing timeline: Grade 2 within 1 year, Grade 3 within 6 months, reflecting shorter initial commitment periods.

Replacement requests are processed based on new franchise enquiries, replacement availability, Franchise Success Team capacity, compliance verification, participation history, contribution grades, and company policies. Timelines above are indicative estimates only, not guaranteed commitments. Processing follows a first-come, first-served basis while maintaining operational stability and long-term ecosystem sustainability. This system is not a refund guarantee, return assurance, or fixed settlement commitment.

Legal & Conduct Policy

To protect everyone in the ecosystem

Enclaim reserves the right to act on abusive or rude behaviour, unnecessary time-wasting activities, reputation-damaging activities, false allegations or misinformation, harassment of any employee, associate, partner, or stakeholder, and operational disruption or misconduct.

Where required, Enclaim may issue warnings, restrict services, suspend benefits or participation, initiate legal proceedings, or file complaints with appropriate authorities. All communications, call recordings, circulars, and policy acceptances may be maintained as compliance records.
